Why We Started Credentify

Credentify™ orginated in 2005 after Credentify's™ founder had an unflattering meeting with an investment banker. Despite having impeccable credentials, the bankers lack of knowledge created a suspicion that they may not have had the experience and knowledge they had implied. Without an easy way to verify this information, the concept behind Credentify™ was born.

Large companies have lots of people and resources they devote to performing background checks, criminal checks, and credential verifications. Many small companies don't have the time or resources to perform these verifications. It's not that these smaller companies don't want to perform verifications, it's that there is no easy way for them to do it. We know plenty of CEO's and companies who have gotten burned by not checking the credentials of their applicants.

We created Credentify™ to give small companies the ability to easily screen applicants and organize their hiring process through applicant tracking. We want to help people manage their hiring process and get rid of the influx of resumes that clog up their inboxes. We give companies the ability to easily add applicant screening for a low price. We don't want to get burned by another applicant with false credentials, and we certainly don't want your company to either.
